Legal-Eaze for Writers
A Resource for the Creative Writing Community
About
Legal-Eaze for Writers offers consultation and review of writer contracts, copyright and fair use guidance, defamation inquiries, First Amendment issues, and other services involving the interpretation and understanding of legal issues surrounding the craft of being a writer. While the services are provided by a licensed attorney, service does not entail either legal advice or the establishment of an attorney-client privilege. Document and contract review, legal research and information services, risk assessment, and strategic legal information are provided without offering legal opinions on sufficiency or recommending specific legal action.
Whether you are publishing independently or with a traditional publisher, Legal-Eaze for Writers can assist you.
Legal-Eaze for Writers also provides consultation on matters pertaining to creative work dealing with either courtroom scenes, police procedurals, and correctional settings to ensure writer accuracy, authenticity, and believability in fictional and non-fictional work.
